Luxury Vinyl Tile is a product that looks like real wood or tile. LVT uses a photographic print film and a clear vinyl layer. It is installed with a glue down or floating application.
Preparing for Installation
 

Look for low or high places within the subfloor, by stretching out a string from wall structure to wall over the subfloor at various different angles to check on for just about any high/low places. Starting in the remaining hand nook, place the first plank using its trimmed part towards the wall structure. Use spacers along each wall structure to keep up an expansion space of 1/4” (7-8mm) between your wall membrane and the floor. Attach the ends of the very first plank and the next plank by raising the next plank and placing the tongue on the brief area in to the groove of the first plank and rotating into place.
